Prof. Clemens Allgaier, PhD

has over 20 years experience in preclinical/toxicological and clinical expert services by supporting industrial and consultancy organisations. He was Lecturer of Pharmacology and Toxicology at both the Medical Faculty and the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy at the University of Freiburg i. Br. Postdoctoral experiences were made at the Institute of Pharmacology, University of Vienna, and at the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm. In 1998, he got a Professorship of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the University of Leipzig. Since October 2006, he has been Managing Director of ACA-pharma concept GmbH that was founded in 2000.

Stephanie Franz, PhD

is working as scientific expert/Regulatory Affairs Manager at ACA-pharma concept since 2011. She is responsible for the preparation of environmental risk assessments (ERAs) of medicinal products for human use, the preparation of authorization documents according to Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the registration and authorization of substances according to REACH-regulation.

She studied Geoecology at the Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg and received her doctorate at the Helmholtz Centre for Environmental Research GmbH – UFZ, Leipzig. Her work at the Department of Bioanalytical Ecotoxicology focused on the behaviour and effects of chemicals in the aquatic environment.
