Hersteller und Importeure von “als gefährlich eingestuften” Gemischen müssen, unabhängig von der Tonnage, eine Gemischmeldung (“Produktmeldung”; Poison Centre Notification (PCN)) über das PCN-Portal durchführen. Das Meldedossier soll, mit wenigen Ausnahmen, mithilfe der kostenlosen IUCLID-Software erstellt werden.
