Die Anforderungen an klinische Daten im Rahmen der Konformitätsbewertung unter der MDR werden in diesem Vortrag aus Sicht der Benannten Stelle vorgestellt. Es wird vor allem die Anwendbarkeit der relevanten MDR-Artikel und Anhänge in Zusammenhang mit den MDCG-Dokumenten dargestellt. Der Relevanz der klinischen Evidenz („clinical evidence“) kommt hier eine besondere Rolle zu, da sich diese Anforderung durch die gesamte Planung und Durchführung einer KB von der Idee, über klinische Studien, bis hin in die Post-Markt Clinical Follow-up-Phase erstreckt. Der Vortrag legt außerdem einen Schwerpunkt auf die notwendigen Begrifflichkeiten der MDR beim Umgang mit klinischen Daten.
