ECHA: neues Upload-System

Am 06.06.2023 stellt die ECHA das neue System für den Upload von regulatorischen Meldungen (REACH: Inquiry, Registrierungsdossiers, Zulassungsanträge, etc.; CLP: PCN-Meldungen, etc.; BPR: Antrag auf Wirkstoffzulassung, BP-Zulassungsdossiers, etc.) vor. Dieses wird die verschiedenen regulatorischen Anwendungen (REACH-IT, PCNP, R4BP3) an einer Stelle bündeln, damit Anwender ihren Pflichten der verschiedenen Regulierungen an einer Stelle nachkommen können.

Erste Kommentare zu PFAS-Beschränkungen veröffentlicht

Bis zum 25.09.2023 haben Sie die Möglichkeit den Antrag auf Beschränkung/Zulassung für PFAS (Per- und Polyfluoralkylsubstanzen) zu kommentieren. In regelmäßigen Abständen werden die neu eingereichten öffentlichen Kommentare in einem Dokument zusammengefasst und zum Download bereitgestellt.

Die ECHA und die nationalen Behörden der Mitgliedsstaaten, die die Beschränkung vorgeschlagen haben, werden auf die Kommentare antworten.
