PFAS Beschränkung – nächste Schritte

Im Rahmen der möglichen Beschränkung von PFAS hat die ECHA neue Termine bzgl. der Bewertung der über 5600 Kommentare zum Beschränkugnsvorhaben veröffentlicht.

Die Bewertung durch RAC und SEAC ist in drei Stufen unterteilt, die sich nach der Verwendung von PFAS in Gemischen/Erzeugnissen richtet:

März 2024:

  • Konsummischungen, Kosmetika und Skiwachs
  • Gefahren von PFAS (nur RAC)
  • Allgemeine Vorgehensweise (nur  SEAC)

Juni 2024:

  • Metallbeschichtung und Herstellung von Metallerzeugnissen
  • Weitere Diskussionen zu Gefahren von PFAS (nur RAC)

September 2024:

  • Textilien, Polstermöbel, Leder, Kleidungsstücke, Teppiche (TULAC)
  • Materialien mit Lebensmittelkontakt und Verpackungen
  • Erdöl und Bergbau

Parallel dazu aktualisieren die Vertreter der 5 Mitgliedsstaaten ihr Anhang XV-Dossier mit Bezug auf die zahlreichen Kommentare.
