Die Änderung gilt ab dem 1. Januar 2021. Die Übergangsfrist für Sicherheitsdatenblätter, die der vorliegenden Verordnung nicht entsprechen, endet am 31. Dezember 2022.

Wesentliche Änderungen betreffen:

  • Informationen über Anforderungen für Stoffe mit Nanoformen
  • Anpassung der Anforderungen für die Erstellung von Sicherheitsdatenblätter an GHS Kriterien
  • Angabe der eindeutigen Formelerkennung
  • Adaptierung hinsichtlich endokrinschädlicher Eigenschaften
  • Angabe spezifischer Konzentrationsgrenzwerte, Multiplikationsfaktoren und Schätzwerte für akute Toxizität
  • Anpassung des Abschnitts 9 für Physikalische und Chemische Eigenschaften und Sonstige Angaben
  • Adaptierung Massengutbeförderung auf dem Seeweg
